More or less an hour, it depends a lot on traffic.

How long does it take from Rome to the Port of Civitavecchia?

From Rome to the port of Civitavecchia it takes about an hour and 30 minutes.

What do we do if our luggage does not fit into the car?

In this regard, we invite you to carefully choose the car you book according to your needs. If you have a lot of luggage, then we advise you to reserve a sufficiently spacious car. For this reason, Orange Car Service has a large fleet of machines!

Is it possible to cancel the reservation?

Yes, but in this case we invite you to notify us as soon as possible.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance 50% will be retained.

For cancellations made on the booked day, the full cost will be retained.

What happens if our flight arrives late?

Don’t worry, our staff is able to constantly monitor the situation of your flight. Knowing in advance if you arrive late, we will act accordingly, at no additional cost.

What if we have a delay because of the luggage?

You should notify us promptly. After the first hour we are forced to apply a cost of 20 € / hour.

In case of an emergency, how long does it take to have a car available ?

Usually a two hours notice is enough, but if necessary we can be even faster.

What rules regulate the activity of drivers? For example, how often should they take a break?

According to the law, the drivers must take a break every 3 hours of driving.

We kindly requested you not to eat in the car, while, if you want to drink, we invite you to do it only from special containers equipped with lids to avoid the spillage of liquids.

What if the car has a mechanical problem, runs out of gas, or arrives late?

We can proudly say that none of our customers have ever missed the plane. If, on the other hand, the machine suffers a mechanical failure or stops, it will quickly be replaced.
